Troubleshooting
Check access, modules, selected affiliate, and account state before contacting support.
Maintained by RxApp ProductLast reviewed
A page or button is missing
- Check that the correct affiliate is selected in the header.
- Confirm that your membership or staff invitation is active rather than pending.
- Ask an affiliate administrator whether your role grants access.
- For Classes or Workout Planner, ask whether the required Schedule or Workout module is active.
I cannot book a class
- You can book this class from a date: the class is outside the affiliate's booking window.
- Booking has closed for this class: the booking threshold before the start has passed.
- Your membership doesn't cover this class, or your credits are used up: check your plan or ask the affiliate.
- You don't have an active membership yet: your membership is still pending approval.
Editing is disabled (read-only mode)
When an affiliate's RxApp subscription has ended or payment keeps failing, the portal shows Read-only mode. Everything stays visible, but creating and editing is disabled.
Information looks out of date
- Refresh the page once and allow current requests to finish.
- After switching affiliates, confirm the affiliate name in the header before editing data.
- Do not repeat booking or payment actions while the first action is still processing.
An invitation does not work
- Use the newest invitation email. Invitation expiry and resend behaviour depend on the invitation type.
- Open the complete link from the email rather than copying only part of it.
- Ask authorised affiliate staff to confirm whether the invitation is still pending, and to resend it if needed.
Contact support
If the checks above do not resolve the problem, email support@rxapp.io. Include the page, what you expected, what happened, and the approximate time.
